These terms govern your use of helloagc.com and the giving programs operated by A Generous Company, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By using the site or taking part in a program, you agree to them.
What we provide
AGC runs generosity programs with partner organizations. We supply a physical band carrying an NFC chip and a QR code, a text-message flow for sending and claiming gifts, verification of recipients, and reporting on how funds were used. We are not a bank, and we are not a charity. Gifts made through our programs are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless a partner organization tells you otherwise in writing.
Using the service
You agree to give accurate information, to use the service only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with it or attempt to gain access to parts of it you are not authorized to reach. We may suspend access if you do.
Gifts
A gift is final once we release it to a recipient. Before release, contact help@helloagc.com and we will try to stop it. We verify recipients, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome from a gift.
The band
Bands remain the property of the program that issued them. Do not alter, reprogram, or resell a band.
Intellectual property
The AGC name, the asterisk mark, and the contents of this site belong to A Generous Company, LLC. Marks belonging to other organizations remain theirs.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, AGC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
